St Helens South Primary Care Network · NHS primary care

Clarity over decoration
This project called for structured public information, clear navigation and careful review by the people involved, rather than design experiments. The network’s website needed to explain who it is, what it does and who it works with, in a way that’s easy to follow.
Working within an older system
We used custom CSS and JavaScript on top of the existing WordPress setup to meet the required layout rules and content structure. Information is organised for quick scanning by patients and staff, with consistent spacing and a predictable layout across the site.
The result
The finished site met the specification and gave the network a more reliable public website, without needing a complete platform overhaul. It shows how careful front-end work can make an older system work harder for a large audience.
