Samantha Welstead Hypnotherapy · Website redesign

The problem

The previous site was slow on mobile, scoring 12 out of 100 for performance in Google’s PageSpeed Insights. That created friction before visitors had even reached the content.

A calmer design and a lighter build

The redesign focused on a calmer look, a clearer structure and a lighter build. We reorganised the content so visitors can understand the practice, build trust and move towards an enquiry, without clutter or slow pages getting in the way.

The result

After the redesign, the mobile PageSpeed Insights score rose from 12 to 85 out of 100. Visitors now get a faster, more confident first impression, and a simple route to getting in touch.

Peter Quinn is always very helpful and extremely prompt and professional. I’m not the best at explaining, nor do I have the best understanding to managing my website, so I don’t! Peter does it all. It doesn’t matter what time of the day/ evening that I may ask a question or have a issue… He will always come back with a helpful response, even when I wasn’t expecting a reply because of the time! He will let me know that it will be in hand as soon as he can. This gives me the confidence that I feel clients need, especially when they are new into this field and maybe unsure or wondering if they investing their money wisely with a company. So I would recommend Vanilla Websites, especially Peter Quinn.
