From a product list to a single enquiry

A buyer can browse the range, add several products to a quote basket and send the whole list to the sales team. The buyer receives an email confirmation. John Winter can then price the order personally, with the requested products already in front of them.

A catalogue the team can finish as they go

We worked with the senior team to organise the range on AstroMerchant, our catalogue and commerce platform. The team can use AI-assisted editing to improve descriptions and add imagery as it becomes available. The same catalogue gives them a starting point for checkout when they are ready to sell directly online.

The first order

John Winter received its first order within days of the site going live. For a business still assembling its product library, that was the practical value of launching with quotations: customers could already choose what they needed and ask to buy it.
